A relaxed date night or a special gift for two. I bring everything to your kitchen, we make egg pasta dough by hand, roll it silky thin and cut pappardelle, then you sit down together to eat it with a proper ragù. £150 for the session, with recipes to keep. Fresh pasta masterclasses
Every pasta voucher can be used for any of these. Ravioli and gnocchi are bespoke masterclasses, where the voucher covers £150 and any difference is paid on booking.
Fresh pasta class for two
Egg pasta dough by hand, rolled and cut for pappardelle with a proper ragù.

Filled pasta made from scratch: fillings, sealing, shaping and a simple butter sauce.
Gnocchi masterclass
Light potato gnocchi, rolled and shaped by hand, finished in a pan with seasonal flavours.

How it works
Request a voucher
Choose one or three lessons, add the recipient's name and a message, and pick the picture or send your own.
Pay and receive
Once payment is received, I email you a printable voucher with your message on it.
They book a date
The recipient gets in touch and books a date that suits them, within six months.
