Every voucher can be used for any lesson below. For bespoke lessons and sous chef nights the voucher covers £150, with any difference paid on booking.
Pasta rolling
Fresh egg pasta, rolled and cut by hand.
Tacos
Corn tortillas pressed from scratch, with salsas.
Bao buns
Soft steamed buns, glazed fillings, quick pickles.
Sourdough
Build a levain, shape, score and bake a loaf.

How it works
Request a voucher
Choose one or three lessons, add the recipient's name and a message, and pick the picture or send your own.
Pay and receive
Once payment is received, I email you a printable voucher with your message on it.
They book a date
The recipient gets in touch and books a date that suits them, within six months.
