Any baking voucher can be used for any of these. Bespoke baking and pastry masterclasses are tailored to them, with the voucher covering £150 and any difference paid on booking.
Sourdough bread course
Five hours with a live starter: levain, shaping, scoring and baking a proper loaf.
Bespoke pastry masterclass
Tarts, choux and custards, with the techniques that make pastry reliable at home.
Focaccia and breads
A bespoke artisan baking session: focaccia, enriched doughs and flatbreads.

How it works
Request a voucher
Choose one or three lessons, add the recipient's name and a message, and pick the picture or send your own.
Pay and receive
Once payment is received, I email you a printable voucher with your message on it.
They book a date
The recipient gets in touch and books a date that suits them, within six months.
